Who says fine wine can’t have a little fun? This March at Haze Gray Vineyards, we’re serving up a playful (and surprisingly sophisticated) pairing experience: Potato Chip & Wine Flights. Yes — potato chips.

Crispy, salty, savory chips paired with curated wines designed to highlight how salt enhances fruit, how bubbles cleanse the palate, and how texture changes everything. Even Wine Enthusiast has spotlighted the magic of pairing wine with potato chips — proving that sometimes the most unexpected combinations are the most delicious.

Celebrate the season with an unforgettable Spring Dinner at Haze Gray Vineyards, in partnership with Chef Keith of Six28 House. Join us Saturday, April 25th at 6:30 PM for an elegant 4-course dinner plus featuring a chef’s amuse-bouche, thoughtfully crafted to welcome spring and perfectly paired with the warm atmosphere of the vineyard.
